An unemployed Hollywood stuntman plans the destruction of a major studio which he blames for all his personal problems in the "Time Bomb." During Sunday morning training on the "New York Street" set of a movie studio, officer Jim Street loses a sophisticated "beeper" device. Later that day, accompanied by his girlfriend, Sheri, Jim returns to the studio to search for the "beeper," and becomes the captive of an embittered, unemployed stunt-man who intends to blow up the film center with Jim and Sheri in it.
